Works were undertaken in a live environment with extensive liaison required between the site team, the surgery and two other onsite tenants. The building was constructed using load bearing masonry blocks laid on a block and beam floor, with a truss roof and single ply coverings. Internally rooms were partitioned using a mix of blockwork and timber. All M&E was carefully designed to be HTM compliant with new AC units, a large AHU, electrics and general plumbing.

The finished building provided the medical centre with a new conference room, five new consulting rooms, a dirty utility and a minor operations room.
